How it all started
Our Micro Bakery
Everyone went through a bread-making phase during the COVID lockdown, as did I! It was always a thought to open a bakery - friends and family would joke about selling them and opening a bakery. Fast forward 5 years, I figured it was time to buckle down and just go through the motion of opening my own micro bakery! Small kitchen, BIG plans!

Cookies
Each of our cookies is lovingly made from scratch using unbleached flour and the highest quality vanilla paste. We let every batch chill for at least 12 hours to give the flavors time to meld into something truly special. What sets us apart? We’re all about that perfect cookie texture—crispy edges, chewy centers, and none of that overly doughy bite. Just the kind of cookie you’ll keep coming back for.
Bread
Who doesn’t love good bread? We skip all the unnecessary stuff you’ll find in store-bought loaves and keep our ingredients clean and simple. Our 8-hour cold proof gives every loaf incredible flavor, a beautiful crust, and that melt-in-your-mouth buttery texture. Feeling adventurous? Try one of our unique flavor twists you won’t find in your everyday bakery.


Filipino & Persian
It’s not easy finding a place that carries your favorite international treats—from maja blanca to ghorabieh. That’s why we’re here. We’re proud to share the flavors we grew up with and the ones we’ve fallen in love with, all under one roof.
Our Goal
We’d love for everyone to experience our sweets. Right now, we’re baking our hearts out from a tiny garage - but the dream? To grow into a full-fledged micro bakery. More goodies, more flavors, and who knows… maybe even a cookbook one day!
